CURRENT PROJECTS

GREEN ROOFS:  We are currently designing 3 green roof projects.  A green roof is a living covering on the roof of a building.  It's part of a system of sustainable building practices that cools the environment, captures filtered rainwater for irrigation use, offers wildlife cover and enhances bee production in urban areas.

 Our current Green Roof Projects are on:

A church in Newark, NJ
A church in Englewood, NJ
A church in Flushing, NY
An office building in Oakland, NJ


RENEWABLE ENERGY:

At  WEISS FARM in Allamuchy, NJ  ( our 300 acre farm ) we are recycling wood chips into mulch and planting 150 acres of Miscanthus x giganteus for fuel pellet production as a renewable resource.  This plant grows 13' high and looks like a huge ornamental grass.  It's harvested each March, baled and extruded into fuel pellets for use in wood and pellet stoves and furnaces.

You should ask every company who does work at your home to provide a valid insurance certificate and a valid New Jersey Home Improvement Certificate as well. These two documents are impossible to get if a contractor is uninsured or doesn't have complete and proper business credentials.
