GREEN ROOFS: We are currently designing 3 green roof projects. A green roof is a living covering on the roof of a building. It's part of a system of sustainable building practices that cools the environment, captures filtered roof rainwater for irrigation use, offers wildlife cover and enhances greenspace in urban areas.

RENEWABLE ENERGY:
At WEISS FARM in Allamuchy, NJ we are recycling wood chips into mulch and planting 150 acres of Miscanthus x giganteus for fuel pellet production as a renewable resource. This plant grows 13' high and looks like a huge ornamental grass. It's harvested each March, baled and then extruded into fuel pellets for use in wood and pellet stoves and furnaces.
