Before and After We are a 63 year old landscape architecture and construction company doing business in the metropolitan region since 1950.  We are Landscape Architects; licensed in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, North Carolina, Florida and Michigan.  We are landscape contractors, landscape construction managers, and corporate grounds maintenance contractors.  We also maintain a large and fully stocked Garden Center.  Our 200 acre farm in Allamuchy produces the finest hardwood bark mulchs available as well as sod and organic vegetables.

As Landscape Architects and Construction Managers, we provide essential services to the project team, enhancing your ability to quickly close and lease any property in your portfolio, or complete a development project from conception and planning board issues to final approvals.  We have also provided horticultural services since 1950 and are eminently qualified to maintain any commercial or public site.

Our largest current market is commercial landscape assessment and renovation. Our services include:

• Landscape Consultation - Preliminary meetings to determine project scope, discuss state and municipal regulations, and coordinate related professionals. Set design criteria. Wetland & soils studies and delineations.
• Landscape Assessment - Ascertaining existing landscape value and identifying landscape potential.
• Landscape Site Analysis - Identify existing site conditions and constraints. Determine the optimum solution to site constraints.
• Landscape Architecture - Creative, economical, low maintenance design solutions best suited to a particular project.  We are expert in digital arts and can produce full videos, stills, walk-throughs, flyovers and banner presentations.  Urban Brownfield issues and wetlands deliniations/mitigations are also within our scope of services.  Green Roof and Roof Gardens are a specialty.
• Landscape Site Plan & Testimony - Local planning board presentation. 
• Drawings and Specification Documents- Preparation of detailed construction drawings and specifications. Construction supervision and Landscape Project Management.
• Landscape Construction- On time, and on budget, implementation of all landscape elements.  We are expert in drainage issues of all types and can construct all aspects of sitework such as curbs, paving, lighting, irrigation, seepage pits, walls etc.  We build pools, tennis courts, putting greens and roof gardens. 
• Landscape Grounds Maintenance Comercial Division - Annual maintenance of all outdoor elements, sprinkler systems, seasonal outdoor flowers, and holiday displays. 
• Snow Removal Service - Since 1949 we have been providing comprehensive snow removal service for the Fortune 100.

We have done extensive work for Hartz Mountain Industries in Secaucus, Edgewater, Weehawken, and Jersey City.  We have worked with the Pegasus Group in Hoboken on residential conversions of old factorys and mills.  We have done corporate work for BMW of North America, Sony, Panasonic, Unilever, and extensive planning on large residential projects in Glen Ridge.  We have worked on plans for a lifestyle mall in Bethlehem,PA for Forest City / Ratner and a large outdoor mall in the upper peninsula of Michigan for the Taubman  organization.
